Welcome to the Oak City Customs Shipping Policy. While we offer shipping, there are often many variables involved as the majority of our items are custom made-to-order. Below is a bulleted list of key details. Following the placement of your online order, our team will be in touch to confirm all shipping details and pricing. Your product(s) and experience are of our highest priorities, so if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
- All products are available for free in-store pick-up
- In-stock products typically ship within 1-2 days
- All custom products are typically shipped within 12 weeks from the day all details are confirmed and payment has been accepted
- All custom built items are subject to a handling fee
- Shipping fees apply to merchandise & accessories
- Multiple wood slabs are only subject to one handling fee (Up to 5 per order; For larger orders, contact us)
- Please note that all rushed orders, or orders that need to be shipped ahead of our standard timeline, are subject to a total cost of 30% above the retail value
- Any purchase of $3,000 or more, qualifies for 'Free Local Delivery', within a range of 50 miles of our facility
