Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom products. All custom products are built to order. We also do not accept returns or exchanges on hardwoods, softwoods, plywoods, metals, or other materials. 

We thrive to ensure every order is to the highest quality and encourage you to inspect your items upon pick-up or delivery. When handling woods, we are always more than happy to verify the moisture content, or any other details. 

We offer a 1 year warranty on the craftsmanship of your product. Should you have any issues with your product or should you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can make it right! 

All standard merchandise, such as our tools, hardware, apparel, epoxy kits, etc. have a 30-day return period from the date of purchase. Please note, if epoxy seals have been broken, the kits cannot be returned.

Vendor Supplied products do not qualify for our 1-yr craftsmanship warranty. The 30-day return period still applies.
