Below Are Descriptions Of the 3 Finish Levels We Offer AT our SHop

Level 1: Sanded 150 Grit & Cut To Size
- Edge glued panel using Titebond 3 wood glue
- Wide-belt sanded to 150 grit at specified thickness
- Major cracks, knots, & imperfections filled with epoxy, filler and/or glue
- Cracks, knots, & imperfections less than 1/8" wide may be present
- Panel squared up to size (+/-) 1/8" (Please specify if more precision is needed)
Level 2: Sanded 150 + Finish Ready
- Edge glued panel using Titebond 3 wood glue
- Wide-belt sanded to 150 grit at specified thickness
- Major cracks, knots & imperfections filled with epoxy, filler and/or glue
- Minor cracks, knots & imperfections less than 1/8" wide are filled
- Panel squared up to size (+/-) 1/8" (Please specify if more precision is needed)
- Edge detail applied (round over, bevel, ogee, etc.)
- Edges sanded clean of saw marks
- All surfaces hand orbital sanded to 150 grit
- Surfaces may need to be inspection sanded to 220 grit, prior to applying finish, depending on application
Level 3: Fully Finished
- All previous steps, plus final inspection & 220 grit hand orbital sanding
- 3 coats minimum to top surface & 2 coats minimum to bottom surface, of water-based polyurethane finish or Rubio Monocoat finish
