At Oak City Customs, we are always looking for ways to innovate and create unique products that our customers will love. That's why we decided to take on the challenge of designing a modular picnic table with a seat back option. Our modular picnic table design is not only functional, but it's also aesthetically pleasing and customizable.

In terms of materials, we used natural wood and aluminum for our design. The aluminum is powder coated in custom colors, which adds a really nice touch and makes the table look even more unique.

We can't wait to see it in use!

Our Modular Picnic Table can be customized with several different natural wood options. These include Sapele, Cedar & White Oak (Shown Here).

Sapele, also know as Mahogany, is a very clean, consistent and durable hardwood originating from West Africa! It is actually one of the most durable species that we offer due to the high level of density.

Cedar is another great choice and is one of the most commonly used outdoor wood species due to naturally produced oil from the tree which repels insects. It is not prone to warping or twisting and has a beautiful aroma!

White Oak will be a brighter, 'honey toned' wood, with more knots. It is our most durable outdoor wood with excellent resilience to rot and wood boring insects.

Accoya Wood is a modified wood, sourced from the Netherlands. It is acetylated wood that has enhanced moisture resistant groups and reduced moisture binding groups, creating increased stability and biological resilience. Accoya is so confident in their product they provide a ground contact warranty.
